Payment Policy

1. Accepted Payment Methods

UNO Travel accepts the following payment methods via Stripe:

  • Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay (where supported by your browser or device)
  • Debit cards with a Visa or Mastercard logo

Payment method availability may vary depending on your location and the currency of the payment link.

2. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. UNO Travel does not handle, store, or have access to your full card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment credentials. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified.

Upon completing a payment, you will receive a payment confirmation to the email address you provided. If you do not receive a confirmation within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact support.

3. Currencies & Pricing

Prices are displayed in the currency specified on the payment link (e.g. USD, EUR, GBP). The amount you are charged will be the exact amount shown at checkout. UNO Store does not add hidden fees.

Your bank or card issuer may apply foreign transaction fees or currency conversion charges if your account currency differs from the payment currency. These fees are outside our control.

4. Payment Confirmation & Receipts

A payment is considered complete only when Stripe confirms a successful charge. Stripe sends a receipt to your email automatically. You can also request a copy of your receipt by contacting our support team with your payment reference.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day full refund on all payments. To request a refund:

  • Contact us at hello@unotravel.example.com within 30 days of your payment date.
  • Include your name, email address, and the payment reference or amount.
  • Our team will review your request within 3 business days.

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.

6. Failed Payments

If your payment fails, no charge will be made to your account. Common reasons for a failed payment include:

  • Insufficient funds
  • Incorrect card details entered
  • Card blocked for international or online transactions by your bank
  • 3D Secure (two-factor) authentication not completed

If you continue to experience payment failures, please contact your bank or try a different payment method.

7. Fraud Prevention

UNO Travel uses Stripe Radar for fraud detection. Suspicious transactions may be flagged and held for review. If your payment is flagged, we will contact you at the email address provided within 2 business days.

We reserve the right to cancel any transaction that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent or made in violation of our Terms and Conditions.
